Did JA ever make music videos? (Im sorta thinking they came around in the 80's)
loll - Did they even have any then in the 60's??
If so, does anyone know where I could download them?

For downloads try this one :

Use internetexplorer and type the next in,
a klick on th link could do nothing.....

When asked for username & password,
type the next in....
...NOT www. before it !.....just the next !:

ftp://ftp_pub@84.25.136.134

username = ja-forum
password = grace

Then there are some Jefferson Airplane &
Jefferson Starship directorys......
Some BIG video files....good picture & sound quality.
It could take some time for download !

The traditional music video format didn't come around till the 80s. If you want to see the Airplane in GOOD form (none of that "We Built This City" crap), you can find their TV appearances online around.
They are extremely uncomfortable with the idea that I am a teenage girl in the body of a 60 year old career criminal who has already died 16 times...

You mean like MTV-type videos?
Not that I can ever recall seeing.
But I seem to remember that there was a movie camera present during a photo-shoot in a park and maybe during the shoot that the Volunteers cover came from (the one with the masks). So there is promotional-type footage around somewhere.
If you want to see them play, buy the Fly JA DVD. There is the best version of 'Pooneil' on it (from the Night at the Family Dog NET * special).
* That is NET as in National Educational Television, not as in Internet.

PS: The Family Dog show is supposed to be out on DVD but nobody seems to have a copy.
