1968 RCA split promo LP

Has anyone ever seen/had (or still have) an RCA promo-only split LP from 1968 w/ 5 tracks by the AIRPLANE on 1 side & 6 cuts by JOHN HARTFORD on the flip? I can find no mention of this release in any J.A. discography - but it definitely does exist. Songs included are: "Blues From An Airplane," "Somebody To Love," "Two Heads," "Bringing Me Down," "Plastic Fantastic Lover." It came out post-Baxters, pre-Crown.

I think I saw a copy in a second-hand shop some years back.....it had a very hard carton cover. right???!
