Hi everyone!

Some of you might remember me from the forum a while back-- a now-sixteen-year-old lover of 60s and 70s rock and roll as well as of writing. I thought some of you might be interested in the music blog I started about a month ago-- no Airplane posts yet, but I'll get there, I promise! Not much is posted yet, but I don't plan on stopping any time in the foreseeable future.

Quite a standard kinda interview...no offence, but the talk could have leaned more on psychedelia than roots, which is what interests me most about J A:):)...and perhaps that is exactly why I prefer to listen to J A rather than Hot Tuna:):)

Around the time I joined this forum, I had read an interview with Jorma where he said he had little interest in doing anything electric or pyschedelic anymore. I had seen him, with and without Jack, doing acoustic shows, and figured I would never see an electric Hot Tuna show. But for about 5 years now, the opportunity in NY has been there at least twice a year. I think having Barry Mitterhoff or other guest guitarists onstage takes alot of the "work" off Jorma. Maybe someday I'll see our young lady member helping out? I really like the combined acoustic/electric shows the best.
