Would You Like A Snack? - the entirety of that song. It's wonderful.

"Au-to-ma-tiC mannn" - Greasy Heart

Those are just the goofiest ones I can think of. I love a lot more of their songs, but those are the two that I can think of at the top of my head, aside from what SuperSlick wrote.
With you standing here I could tell the world what it means to love
To go on from here I can't use words, they don't say enough

Please, please, listen to me
Its taken so long to come true
All for you
All for you
Where have all the young men gone? Long time passing
Where have all the young men gone? Long time ago
Where have all the young men gone? Gone for soldiers every one
When will they ever learn? When will they ever learn?

Some people said "Try this,it'll make your smile"
Some said "Don't touch it, you end up crying"
Well it felt so good for a while but then I saw too many dying
When all they wanted to do was get a little higher

So if the game won't follow through let it go let it go
And leave the loaded dice alone
'Cause there's a spirit child inside them ready for life and I know
It’s just waiting to see how they will grow

One too many-users lose it all
Then there's no one-no one to help them break the fall
People just like you who say "Oh no that won't be me"
End up face down-is that where you wanted to be

not a JA song but a JS song. I think they are words to live by :D

"Living in stories and living in books or we can live and leave all the stories behind" - Play On Love

I love how Grace says live during that line. :D

It's nearly impossible, considering how many lyrics I love. One in particular though is "Your mind's guaranteed, it's all you ever need, so what do you want from me?" I'm a little pressed for time, so I didn't check if anyone else has put that. I do love it though...

Ahhh, Rejoyce. I love that song. There's another good non-JA lyric: "Rejoyce, rejoyce, we have no choice but to carry on...." Sorry, that was non-JA.
Trouble in mind, lord I'm blue
But I won't be blue always
The sun's gonna shine in my door,
Shine in my back door someday

That's a little more to that the lyric. From Paul's book:

"Do you know there are people out there
who are unhappy with the way that we care
for the Earth, the mother"

My favorite is from Wooden Ships:

"If you smile at me you know I will understand
'cause that is something that everybody everywhere does
in the same language"

I heard somewhere that that Wooden Ships line actually came from a sign outside a church. I don't know how true that is, but still interesting.

"Take me to a simple place where I can easily see my face
Maybe baby, I'll see that you were kind."
-3/5 of a Mile in 10 Seconds

"I've been doing things that haven't got a name yet."
-Wild Thyme (H)

"All the pretty ladies textbooks
tell her how to have the "next look"
The Bible tells her stay as plain as you are
She wants all the pretty boys beside her
To write some pretty words to guide her
To tell her than they love her body as well as her mind
She wants some kind of sign--a sign of love
Oh never mind--she's not your kind."
-Crazy Miranda
Trouble in mind, lord I'm blue
But I won't be blue always
The sun's gonna shine in my door,
Shine in my back door someday
