I'm not sure which voice you are referring to, but if it's the "oh-oh-oh" in the background, that's Jorma, and the "Moses, Moses" line is sung by Paul.

If your talking about the oh-oh-oh near the very end, then that kinda makes sense.Its just hard to imagine Jorma singing that high, but its problably him.Its just such a Marty vocal...
