I was kind of surprised to read under the 'Tour Bus' tab for 1970 that Grace was pregnant and "unable to make live appearances" in October. I have to assume that refers only to some live appearances because she was fine on October 11, when Airplane played at Kent State's homecoming weekend. It was my first honest-to-God rock concert and I will never forget it. Sha Na Na (another Woodstock veteran act) opened. While I saw Sha Na Na several more times, this was the only time I ever saw Airplane perform live.

Well, the real reason I clicked in there was that I figured there might be tour dates and information for each show there. Anybody got those?

I have also heard that she (might have) missed a couple of gigs in October.

They might have been related to the pregnancy.
My ex and I had two ... having children is not just a walk in the park you know.

But Grace did appear at the Fillmore East shows in November when she was seven months along.
I know ... i was there.
