I love The Doors. Fantastic group. From Grace's stories of him, he sounds really interesting as a person. Very colorful personality. :)
I love Riders On The Storm, Love Her Madly, Break On Through (To The Other Side), Light My Fire, Hello I Love You and People Are Strange.

With you standing here I could tell the world what it means to love
To go on from here I can't use words, they don't say enough

The Doors are truly my number one band. Band can come close. My next fav band used to be The Velvet Underground, but i have just started listening to JA and now reliese how great they are. I have got all their albums and my favourite song is "Hey Fredrick"

I knew someone who knew Ray Manzarek at UCLA, but there's little more to relate, and anyway I wish he'd known someone from Love instead.

I used to be obcessed with the Doors and I still like them, but not in the same, stalker-y, kiss the Jim Morrison poster before you leave the room way.

(ok, i still sometimes do that.)

Not shy of a spark,
A knife twists at the thought that I should fall short of the mark,
Frightened by the bite though its no harsher than the bark,
Middle of adventure, such a perfect place to start
