I'm still waiting for my 'Sunfighter' copy; it could be 4 weeks or more until I have it (it's indicated at delivery time; 8 or more weeks).
Errrr I allready waited 4,5 weeks and can't wait to hear it.
It's a shame that those albums are so hard to get here in Holland.
How is the situation in other countries; can you buy it in a record store or do you have to order it by the internet and what is the delivery time?

As soon as I have a copy I will let you all know.

Please share your experience about buying Sunfighter (related) albums.

The LP versions can be buyed on ebay and maybe some old school vinyl stores will have it.

it's almost impossible to find them here. sometimes I run across second hand stuff in one particular music shop but that's rare. even if I can find they are expensive. I never bought cds online but I did buy other stuff - lego mostly

it takes about two weeks if I receive them - us post is lousy, they get lost!! and from europe it doesn't take more than 10 days - mostly not more than a week. uk and germany has great post services, I received stuff within 5 days from them. so I'd say two weeks is the maximum time for shipping unless it's ground mail. I never received anything with ground mail!!

It's EASY... So easy an idiot like me has NO PROBLEM.

I guess there are like two parts... One streams music all the time and one has recordings (audio and video) for download. That one is further subdivided into two parts, "sugaree" and "boxofrain". One is for mostly Grateful Dead and Dead-related stuff and the other is mostly not.

The thing is: It streams all the time 24 hours a day, but you can only DOWNLOAD after 5:00p.m. US Eastern Standard Time and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

So yeah... Now you know.
And knowing is half the battle!

Those ones you listed are the only PERRO recordings that I myself know about...

Excepting of course the 2nd Paul Kantner "solo" LP from 1983-- PLANET EARTH ROCK'N'ROLL ORCHESTRA...

... And the various stuff you can find at Sugarmegs.org under the "perro" and "crosby" listings...

Those are all that I know of...

But I would bet good money that Stephen Barncard (engineer at Pacific High recording studios circa 1970-1972) knows of more...

you folks know that "Planet Earth Rock and Roll Orchestra" (The Album) has been reissued on CD yeah?

you probably won't get it in any shops but it's available from Jefferson Starship's website http://www.jeffersonstarshipsf.com/

click on the PERRO tab on the left then when the pop up opens, click on "store" and you should find it.
