I have never smoked and I will never smoke.drinking is ok but I don't drink either.only if it's holiday - when I don't work - and somebody else is buying the drink than I'm ok with it

I'm trying to be healthy I take good care of myself.

As all the french postmen, if I only light on (?) one cigarette, all the alcohol in my blood would explode so I've got no choice...

smoking has knocked too many of my relatives off this planet for me to even be remotely interested.... makes me sad to even think about it.

My experience with smoking cigarets.
I did it for about 30 years, at the same time i did start
to drink some beer. I was just about 16 or 17.
Now i don't smoke anymore...my lungs & heart
are grateful for that.

Imagine this...you are sitting in your room
with some music playing...you have a coffee...
and you are smoking a cigaret...reading a magazine...
And sudden ,you can not breath !!!!...
Like a fish on dry ground !!!...
Maybe just 3 or 5 seconds, SCARY !!!!!!...

THAT did me stop smoking in a few seconds !!!
And about beer...that did not hurt me !!!...
I didn't drink soo much...but i still like it......
