New albums from Jefferson Airplane ?

Yeah, Signe was great. I don't think she sounded as good with Marty as Grace did, but maybe that's just me. Definitely a fantastic voice though, either way.

That is definitely a great one. I've looked for pictures of Signe... it's quite sad how few there are.

It looks like they're from Wolfgang's Vault. When all that stuff was relased it was a revelation. It showed that some of the previously circulating shows were wrongly dated or incomplete, plus there were many shows that hadn't circulated before. For example there's a bootleg cd that's been around for years that claims to contain Grace's First & Signe's last shows, but the Signe show is incomplete - the goodbye messages to Signe had all been missed off, but that show is complete at Wolfgang's Vault. Also the show that we thought was Grace's first was just some show from somewhere around late November'66(Plastic Fantastic Lover appearing in the set was a bit of a giveaway as that was only added to the set later), WV has the correct version of Grace's first.

I hope they get good quality versions from WV though - the Charly release of their final show in '72 is made from 96kbps rips from WV!!

Listen to the Oct 1 1966 show on WV, it's awesome! Marty & Signe's vocals on that one are just stunning.

That site says "We are reuniting members of Jefferson Airplane ... The Great Society", then I look at the date and it was 2 years ago. Can anyone point me in the direction of any reviews, I'm interested to know who appeared and what songs were performed.

Yeah, 'Last Flight' has really atrocious quality. Frankly I wasn't pleased with the Golden Gate Park CD either- the drums are much too high in the mix
