Lovely Pandas.. I was a vegetarian as well but after two years I was very sicked I was 45 kilogramm and I had to eat meat again..

If ANYBODY tells you that you MUST eat the flesh of DEAD ANIMALS to be "healthy", then these people are feeding you nothing but lies.

Instead, try this:

IGNORE people that do not have your true interests at heart;

DO what your heart instructs you;

CEASE or LIMIT your animal-corpse consumption;

DO be aware of your own body and it's nutritional needs-- which can ALL be more than fulfilled with vegetarian and/or vegan foods, especially the less commercially-processed, "man-made", and the more "organic" or "natural" the better;

Tell your physician to stop shilling for pharmaceutical and meat-death industrial agriculture corporate interests;

And eat a diet rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes (e.g. soy products, beans, peas, etc.)-- the fresher, rawer and more locally-grown, the better.

Tell everybody that disagrees that they need to do some independent research on this subject to 100% CONFIRM that this information we are trying to provide to you (because we CARE) is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH.

... And when you see the bumper-sticker that says:

VEGETARIANS TASTE BETTER

You will KNOW that truer words have never been spoken.

I haven't eaten meat for years. I don't need it. *shrug* Tonight for example we're having a delicious dinner of scrambled eggs mixed with marinated tofu and assorted vegetables. (I do eat eggs but only free range, organic ones)
