What Is Your favorite Stripe On The Flag #2

Postby Junior on Sun Sep 23, 2007 7:19 pm

Hi We talked about this before but I have some new ones.
When Jack says his favorite stripe is Four, he is really quoting Country Joe's song "And it's one, two, three, what are we fighting four, so help me I don't give a damn." Jack is trying to evade the question.
Alternatively, he is raising Spencer's claim: Spencer says "tripe" which means he likes "three," so Jack has to do a one-upmanship and say "four."
Jorma was saying something about Jack and the magic beans-talk.
Paul said, "Miss, you can."
Marty is a night person, and you didn't use to fly the flag by night, so he said "what flag?"
Etc.
How many fingers am I holding?

Junior... If I could politely correct you:

DO yer homework.

Marty replied simply:

"What flag?"

Paul said "Michuocan"--
--Which is not only a mountainous region in Northern Mexico but also the name of a very potent and prominent strain of cannabis grown there which was considered to be the "cream of the crop" in 1969, the year of the VOLUNTEERS LP release.

Jorma replies, "JEOPARDY"-style:

"Let me answer that question by posing another--Why don't the Pentacles keep their evil spirits away?"

And Spencer quaintly replied:

"The little lady and i were in St. Tripe last summer-- lovely place-- but I hear some of those Hippie types are starting to move in. I certainly hope they nip THAT one in the bud, toot sweet!"

So... There ya have it!!!

Now-- Where is my booby-prize???

:D

OK then... Who smoked up the contents of the interior photo of the LONG JOHN SILVER album?

I am guessing that it must have been Herb Green, simply because, with a name like THAT, how could he NOT!?!?!?!
