Getting the Signe help message out

Hi fellow flyers:

Happy weekend.

I wanted to get the message into as many hands and eyes as possible for Signe's fund. On My Space I posted on the Airplane board, a Grateful Dead and a Classic Rock.

Even if 1 person donates, she is that much better off.

Thanks and please if you haven't given even 1.00, consider it. When you know a person and feel the pain in their voice, it goes right through you.

Having my dad in the hospital/rehab/hospital for the last 7 weeks I have so much empathy for those in need.

When you get a Pay Pal e-mail receipt, does that mean she has the cash already, or does it take a while to pass through the system? I wish I could give more, but I've been paralyzed for 28 years now so that limits my ability to help. I really loved "Chauffeur Blues" for all these years though. She's in my prayers.

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, dad is in the hospital.

Never be down about how much you can give. The thought counts. If every person gave 1.00, it would add up nicely.

PayPal records each transaction and will cut a check once a month for the typical business account. Roman would know best if it is different with charity. Maybe the money can be sent weekly. If it were you selling Airplane merchandise, every thirty days Paypal would cut a check less your fees.

Thank you for the great suggestions where to email the webmasters. I did that with regard to the 4 sites you told me about and 3 boards last night on My Space.

I am off to the hospital to be with dad. They found a blood clot in the leg that needs to be treated, to go with all the other issues. Wish him well!
