I don't like PayPal either!!

Hi Bell:

Sorry you have had trouble with PayPal; especially since you are attempting to help Signe.

PayPal's site can experience a glitch at times but normally you can get around it. Sometimes if you are an existing customer it doesn't let you log in and you have to fill out the form from stratch.

Please try again because every dollar will help Signe and she needs to have a great mental attitude with all the stuff she is going through.

Well, since PayPal doesn't work for me and even doesn't reply e-mails, I think it would be easier to send money from abroad by Western Union instead of attempting to improve PayPal. This option must work for all experiencing similar problems. It does not require Signe's address (that is, privacy won't be affected) - only full name and e-mail to send her WU's verification code. Then she go to local WU office and receive money.

The Western Union suggestion is terrific, thanks.

Although PayPal isn't the most user friendly internet site, normally if you try a couple of times you can complete a transaction.

The "Cookie" settings used to mess them up. The computer you were on had to allow cookies for that site.

As long as the money gets there and Signe's privacy isn't invaded, it is fantastic the word is getting out!!

I talked with Signe Wednesday and since she doesn't own a computer I told her I would send her some of the website posts explaining the cause that was set up for her.

I thought it was really amazing that my sister who wasn't even aware of the early Airplane gave me a check to put in the letter and my dad who is in the hospital 8+ weeks did the same. I am really lucky that they are part of my family.

Hi Psychhead:

Signe will have a bunch of tests done after January 1st to see if any cancer is in the body and what the next step will be.

She does go to physical therapy to keep the muscles active. The colder days are more of a problem.

Thanks for asking and I posted to the board about the international order becuase I couldn't get to you through private message on Sunday.
