Just order two wellknown albums (at least I think they are wellknown).
I'm talking about JA - Long John Silver and Ten Years After - A Space In Time (1971).
Great albums that were on my wishlist for a long time.
I finally ordered them and I hope to have them in a few weeks.

For those who don't know about 'A Space In Time'; it's a great melodic, psychadelic bluesrock album
Look at the album cover; a bunch of guys sitting in a field...that could be somewhere around Bethel.
Or am I wrong?

I just bought Zeno Beach by one of Australia's most psychedelically punky/garage bands RADIO BIRDMAN. Rob Younger and Deniz Tek have come back to rock our asses off!!!!!

ASaaaah Willie, you're the salt of the earth man!! I only spend my $$$ on women and good vibes....I mean, I own a '91 Renault Clio, no yacht, no winter resorts, no plush clothing...but I've got a good collection of records and CDs. My local record shop owner (in Rome) is a friend and he gives me huge discounts on the Cds I buy from him........what more do you want?! :wink:

You are right, Psychhead....what are vacations if you don't have a nice record collection?

So, you live around Rome? Great city, never been there.
Italy is a nice country I guess, I'd like to go there one day.
The only thing I dislike is the vatican, but there is enough to satisfie me

And....Italians have a good taste in music, in general.
I heard that Jefferson Airplane & TSOOL music can be heard in and around Rome.

Thanx. Yes, I work in Rome....going back to Australia for good when my contract expires next year tho :wink:

. Italy is very nice and so are the people and the food.....hmmmmmmm delicious...nothing better than ravioli or lasagna

. Music-wise, I'd have to give the Italians a little spanking because the younger gen listens to whimpy music...just take a look at the Italian charts: Ramazzotti, J-Lo, Britney Spears, Darkness :roll:

and the worst music the USA and the UK can offer on the market!! :evil:

. Fortunately, there are many people in the major towns who are starting to enjoy psychedelic music and JA esp in the suburbs of Rome (San Lorenzo) where there are many alt/indie record shops to sift thru. My Roman friend has his rec shop just a few yards from Dario Argento's Bottega degli Orrori horror shop in via dei Gracchi...a very psychedelic farout place!!!
