I will be entering my last year of college and aiming for Health Science faculty position in university. Which means I have to study my ass off. If that doesn't work out I will go for film study, which I'm more interested and good at. Time and performance will tell...
for what its worth
i work in a warehouse
listen to tunes and pack boxes
work with some nice kids
and have fun danceing around the warehouse
does that make me a true hippie
nah just lucky to enjoy my job
and it pays for the beers and smokes
i jump around from dead-end job to dead-end job. housekeeping, short-order cooking, arcade attendant? you name it, i've been there.
i freelance as an illustrator and graphic designer (mostly to bands and other people who'll trust my judgement despite a lack of formal training), and have a band of my own which doesn't cover rent but does cover an occasional pizza.
I think im going to give up and go for a Ghetto Gov'ment job. I would want to get other degrees for other things like photography. Things that I enjoy nut I know wont make alot of money as a career or too hard to get as a career.
Ime at college doing a music course, then I plan to live on a well known Camp a few hundred miles away from where I live for about half a year. The camp has been there since the mid-80's to oppose our nuclear weopen arsenal...
I think then ill do the next music course, then who knows?
I'm doing the warehouse thing. I'm 29, I've got a wife and two kids with one on the way. The job gets boring from time to time, but I have fun pissing off all of the Republicans I work with. And believe me, there's alot.
The Democrats and free thinkers in my town are hard to come by.
