People spam random forums for different reasons.

Maybe they don't really hate this place and instead want to try out some new exploit they got their hands on. Or just feel like causing commotion on some forum that they will never visit, thus never having to deal with it.

*Edit* After reading some of the other posts, it looks like he is just here to get a rise out of you guys, not a bot, but just a regular forum troll. Easiest way to get rid of him is just to ignore his posts, report them, and continue on.
